Right now, whoever enters a shift is the one getting notifications. Is there a way to have notifications go to a group instead? We often have situations (on-call, general teamwork, covering outside caseloads, etc.) where multiple people should see open shifts. It can get confusing if someone is out for the day or on vacation.

If we mark a shift as a call-off, are we able to send out a text message or push notifications for this. If a shift is an emergency we would need to send it out agency wide.

I'm requesting 2 additional notification options for Managers. When a staff submits a request to cover a shift at a location that is not their home location, notify that the staff's home location manager. When these shift requests (aka, not for home location) are approved, notify that the covering staff's home location manager. Staff are making assumptions that affected managers are notified by Pug when they request to cover shifts so they fail to notify their home manager. This has created problems between locations and managers. These new notifications to the home manager will prevent them from being kept in the dark about their own staff.
