General Features

Currently training shifts show up on the schedule as "training" instead of listing the staff name. You have to go into the shift to see which staff is working. I would be more helpful to have the staff listed vs. listing "training." Admin hours also show up as Admin vs listing the staff that is working during that time. Again, it would be beneficial for it to show up on the schedule with the staff name.

As an administrator, I have no way to see a listing of open shifts. DSPs can view this in the app but I can not find a listing of open shifts in the app or on the desktop. It would be very nice to have a listing of all open shifts I could view from my desktop, but no shifts appear at all. The open shifts stays at zero because I'm not the manager at any homes. Right now, I have to open up every schedule and scroll through looking for open shifts, and it is very cumbersome.

When someone is on leave, is it possible to mark them on leave? It would help if you don't want to archive them, but having it open shifts they are scheduled for and removing shifts that may be pending that they have requested would be helpful.

Can we please get SLACK notifications back. We got it back for about a could days but I think with this last update it was accidently removed again. Thank you

I would like to print the schedule out in landscape and currently there is not an option for that. Please add if possible.

Can we get an option for different shifts to be different colors? Like AM/PM/OVN so it can be easily differentiated on the dashboard.

When printing, will there be an option to have 1 week per page? Right now two weeks print per page and it's very difficult to read if you have 17 staff.

When printing out schedules- would like to see shifts being able to be organized by shift times instead of alphabetical order by staff.

Hi, Pug Folks, Please consider adding the functionalities from the "Application Settings", "User Management", and "My Account Settings" sections back to the sidebar so users have fewer clicks to access them. See screenshot below. It used to be quicker to access those functions before Pug 2.0. Thanks, Eddie
