General Features

Currently training shifts show up on the schedule as "training" instead of listing the staff name. You have to go into the shift to see which staff is working. I would be more helpful to have the staff listed vs. listing "training." Admin hours also show up as Admin vs listing the staff that is working during that time. Again, it would be beneficial for it to show up on the schedule with the staff name.

As an administrator, I have no way to see a listing of open shifts. DSPs can view this in the app but I can not find a listing of open shifts in the app or on the desktop. It would be very nice to have a listing of all open shifts I could view from my desktop, but no shifts appear at all. The open shifts stays at zero because I'm not the manager at any homes. Right now, I have to open up every schedule and scroll through looking for open shifts, and it is very cumbersome.

I would like to print the schedule out in landscape and currently there is not an option for that. Please add if possible.

Can we get an option for different shifts to be different colors? Like AM/PM/OVN so it can be easily differentiated on the dashboard.

When printing out schedules- would like to see shifts being able to be organized by shift times instead of alphabetical order by staff.

When I am looking between staff attempting to adjust schedules for the needs of the home when I hit the back button I have to complete restart what I was doing, is there anyway to fix the back button so I dont have to re-enter into a program.

It would be helpful if there was an option to mark a shift as called out and post it as open. It would save time to not need to create and post a new shift. It's helpful for it to stay on the calendar for that team member as a call out.

We used to be able to look up a staff's shift quickly, to be able to see if they are already working, or if the shift I was wanting them to pick up would put them over the 16 hours worked straight. I like to look real fast so that I don't waste there time by messaging them.

Can we add a option to add when staff/individuals are on vacation? Currently using the meeting feature

When I schedule an all staff meeting it does not count into their scheduled hours for some reason.
