I'm requesting 2 additional notification options for Managers.

When a staff submits a request to cover a shift at a location that is not their home location, notify that the staff's home location manager.

When these shift requests (aka, not for home location) are approved, notify that the covering staff's home location manager.

Staff are making assumptions that affected managers are notified by Pug when they request to cover shifts so they fail to notify their home manager. This has created problems between locations and managers. These new notifications to the home manager will prevent them from being kept in the dark about their own staff.
