We need the ability to edit/create shifts through the app. I can only see schedules and I have to get my laptop if I need to make any changes or open it through a web browser on my phone. The web browser set up is nice though! Can we just have that same layout on the app for managers? I'm on call this weekend and it's the first weekend we are truly running on punctual pug only without Google calendar crossover and have found a few more things to request. -Leadership coverage shifts-is there a way for these shifts to still appear in the open shift lists for DSPs? Leadership coverage is usually a last resort and since DSPs no longer see those as open shifts, we get stuck working it when there could be someone else to pick it up. Or maybe a way to create a "secondary backup" on a shift? Leaving it as an open shift but defaulting to the backup if it's not picked up by a DSP? *this could also be a great idea for DSP shifts-if we know there's a potential someone may call out for a shift and we have a back up plan in place for coverage, having the ability to utilize this would make things so easy to keep track of! Add more Shift Event labels: -Called out/something that indicates the staff was scheduled but something changed and then create the ability to "hide" it from DSP's calendar and still appear on the managers side. I want to be able to track when my staff are calling out. If they're scheduled for a shift and they call out, all that info is removed and there's no record they were in that shift to begin with. Let's say a few months down the road that same staff is now having attendance issues and follow up is required. I need to go back and see how many times they called out over whatever time period. Could I do this from punctual pug by viewing that indivuals personal calendar? This would also make it easier for when we have to timecards on a seperate system. I could easily look at that staffs calendar and see where I need to apply PTO or unpaid/sick etc by seeing the shifts they were scheduled for but didn't work. If I can clarify or give any more examples for anything please let me know 😊
