We have a number of staff that are leaving or transferring. Is there a way to keep them on the schedule and archive and remove them from shifts at a date in the future. For example, if have a staff give a two week notice can I open their shifts two weeks from now but keep them on the schedule until then? If you have a staff transferring in 3 weeks can you open up there shifts and keep them on while moving them to their location date in 2 weeks? The only way I am seeing how to do it is to do it the last day they work at a location.

When creating a shift, it automatically defaults to the first of the month unless you click a specific date. Also, if you update the start date (for example, from the 1st to the 5th), the end date doesn’t automatically adjust, which feels a bit unintuitive.

Limited visibility between areas — I personally work across multiple areas but can only see one. I imagine this could be affecting others across departments too.

Right now, whoever enters a shift is the one getting notifications. Is there a way to have notifications go to a group instead? We often have situations (on-call, general teamwork, covering outside caseloads, etc.) where multiple people should see open shifts. It can get confusing if someone is out for the day or on vacation.

If we mark a shift as a call-off, are we able to send out a text message or push notifications for this. If a shift is an emergency we would need to send it out agency wide.
