Hi, Pug Folks,
I know we discussed this during one of our Zoom calls with Pug users but I can't seem to find it here in Canny. It would help our Managers tremendously if Pug could cross-check all approved Time Off Requests when scheduling shifts. Right now, Managers have to manually do this (if they even remember) to make sure they do not schedule a staff for shift that overlaps with their approved time off.
I envision Pug flagging any overlaps if a Manager attempted to schedule a shift that conflicted with approved time off. I also foresee this alert to not just state that there the shift overlaps with approved time off but the notification should outline the exact dates/times that time off was approved. This would make it easier for Managers to schedule shifts without having to navigate to the "Time Off" section.
