"I'm requesting a Global Setting for the maximum number of hours that a given user can be scheduled per week. What I'm hoping for is for Managers to get flagged when an employee reaches this maximum. I envision a new Manager Permission that allows those with this role to approve a schedule that puts an employee over this maximum; similar to the existing role to approve overtime. I'm suggesting this maximum to be a Global Setting because each agency may have a different number. At TURN, employees are not allowed to be scheduled for more than 60 hrs/week. Employees have picked up extra shifts in Pug and exceeded that maximum. Managers were not paying attention and allowed for those schedules to be published. The reason I'm asking for a new Manager Permission is that I only want select Managers (in our case, Director-level users) to be able to override this maximum." Eddie
